Your new computer is custom built to your specifications. It is carefully built using high quality components and rigorously tested for at least 24 hours before delivery to you.

The entire system is thoroughly inspected to ensure sound assembly and correct configuration. The operating system is installed and configured correctly and tested for stability. The installed software is tested to ensure stable and reliable operation.

We are confident that you will be pleased with the appearance, quality, performance, and future upgradability of your new computer.

All hardware and perhiperals supplied carry the original manufacturers’ warranties (the terms and length of coverages vary).

If any hardware failure occurs within the warranty period, you may bring or send the computer to me. At no charge, our technicians will replace the failed component(s) with equivalent component(s) of equal or better quality and/or performance.

If we determine the difficulty was created by events outside our responsibility and control (physical damage, or someone other than our technicians installing software or hardware perhiperals which caused conflicts, operating system or hardware failure), we will correct the difficulty at our standard shop rates.

In all cases, for free, we thoroughly clean and inspect the system, run maintenance routines on the hard drive and check the performance of the system before returning it to you!

We are absolutely ~NOT RESPONSIBLE~ for failures of the Operating System (Especially Microsoft Windows), Software Programs, YOUR interactions with your computer, or any software or hardware devices YOU INSTALL or other people install on your computer.

We warrant our work to be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards.

New parts we install carry their own manufacturer's warranties. We will assist you in obtaining manufacturer warranty, but we DO NOT warrant the parts personally.

If we are successful in repairing, upgrading, or servicing your computer, we will demonstrate to you that the computer is properly operational upon completion.

While we do everything possible to protect your data from loss or corruption, we are ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE for any DATA LOSS or consequential financial losses due to any equipment failure or actions we have taken to repair your computer equipment.
